For local orders within Singapore, shipping is free for orders SGD30 and above.
For orders to Malaysia, shipping is free for orders SGD150 and above.
- Local Delivery
For Local orders to Singapore, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 3 business days once the order has been shipped.
- International Delivery
For Malaysia orders you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 15 business days once the order has been shipped.
- Pre Order Delivery
For preorders, it would normally take 2-6 weeks before your orders can be shipped to you. Once your order has been shipped, we will inform you immediately through your email. You can then expect to receive your order within the days specific to your location.
We’ll keep you updated as much as we can. Once your package is on its way, you’ll get an email update right away so you know it’s coming. Delivery times may vary, but rest assured we'll be doing everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.
We’re a growing brand with limited stock, so we’re unable to accept returns due to change of mind. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective bag, we’re here to help! Simply email us at customerservice@isaacangelo.com within 7 days and our team will get back to you immediately.
- In a rare case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging before a return pickup can be scheduled.
- Returned items should be sent back in their original packaging to help prevent damage during transit.
- Please keep all return tracking numbers and shipping records until the return process is over.
- Once we receive and inspect your defective, damaged, or incorrect order, we will replace your order as soon as the inspection has been verified.
- If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund via store credit.
Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Also make sure to contact us first before sending anything back, as we will not accept returns that were not requested.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the item shows signs of misuse, intentional damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
Using wet wipes or a damp cloth, gently wipe off any residue on the bag. Follow up with a dry cloth to remove excess moisture. Your bag should be restored to its original look.
